Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
At StencilAir, all of our stencils are custom-made for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- The product you received is damaged or defective.
- You submit a photo or video showing the damage.
- Your request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If your product is damaged or defective, follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo or video showing the damage.
- Email us at support@stencilair.com with your order number and the attached photos/videos.
- We will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement stencil.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
- No need to return the damaged product – we verify damage via photo/video.
5. Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- We will send you a replacement stencil at no extra cost.
- Shipping for replacement products is covered by StencilAir.
- Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days after approval.
6. International Orders
For international orders:
- We offer refunds only (no exchanges for international customers).
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Customers do not need to return the damaged product.
