Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement ("Agreement") is an official proposal ("Offer") by StencilAir, a company registered under the name Lionx Roman Korniienko (NIP: 6751793085), to enter into a legally binding contract for the sale of reusable stencils through the website stencilair.com.

By placing an order on our website, the customer ("Buyer") accepts this Offer, which constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and StencilAir.

2. Subject of the Agreement

StencilAir agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase reusable stencils, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Order Placement and Payment

• Orders are placed through the website stencilair.com.
• All products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing time for all orders is 1 business day.
• Shipping is handled via USPS for domestic orders and international couriers for international orders.
• Buyers receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
• StencilAir is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
• Buyers must submit photo or video proof of the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.
• No returns are required—refunds or replacements are issued based on verification.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

6. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

• The Buyer must provide accurate personal and shipping details when placing an order.
• The Buyer agrees to use the purchased stencils only for lawful purposes.
• The Buyer has the right to contact customer support regarding order status or any concerns.

7. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

• StencilAir reserves the right to update product prices and policies without prior notice.
• StencilAir has the right to refuse an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• StencilAir is responsible for ensuring product quality and timely shipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All stencil designs, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of StencilAir and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• StencilAir is not responsible for improper use of its products by the Buyer.
• StencilAir is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
• StencilAir is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

10. Force Majeure

StencilAir is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the country where StencilAir is registered.
