🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Fast Processing: Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over 50 (some oversized or restricted items excluded).
• International Shipping: Available for most countries. Orders under 5 lbs or large bulk orders are ideal. Please contact us before ordering internationally.
• Oversized/Bulky Items: Orders with large stencils (over 46″) or over 50 lbs may incur extra shipping costs. We will notify you before shipping.
• Aerosol Items: May only ship via ground methods and may require additional charges.

⌛ Delivery Times

• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we always choose the most reliable carriers and notify you of tracking info.

✉ Tracking & Notifications

• You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed.
• Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

⚠ Shipping Disclaimer

• We are not liable for delays, stolen, or lost packages once handed off to the carrier.
• If a package is missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• We do not profit from shipping; if we overcharge, we refund. If undercharged significantly, we may contact you for approval.

🛫 International Orders

• $50 minimum required.
• Shipping cost covers transport only. Duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please email us in advance for a quote if unsure.

⏳ Order Timing

• Business hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM EST.
• Over 90% of orders ship within 3 business days.
• If you need a product by a specific date, please call us. Expedited production and/or shipping may incur additional fees.

🚮 Return Policy (Summary)

• Unused, unopened stocked products can be returned within 30 days with 15% restocking fee.
• Custom, resized, or production stencils are non-refundable.
• Aerosol items are not returnable.
• To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
• Returns must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging.
